002 receives Peter Möhrle Award

For his research proposal titled: Urban Regeneration Projects in China, the case of  „Creative Gateway in Shenzhen“ Urban Operator 002 (Kai Michael Dietrich) received the Peter Möhrle Award in June 2012.

The scholarship is linked to a 6-week research trip to Shanghai and Shenzhen in China. 002 is going to experience the daily working practice at the Shanghai based office of Kees Christiaanse Architects & Planners (KCAP) and will participate in site visits and meetings with the Urban Planning, Land and Resource Commission of the Shenzhen Municipality in Shenzhen.

The results of the research are going to be used for the master thesis of 002 which will be handed in to the commission on the 17th. of August and be presented on the 13th. of September in Hamburg, Germany.
